Nice to meet you.

I’m so glad you are here.

Over the past 10 years I have navigated 4 different nonprofits. Through these experiences, I’ve found that I’m skilled at supporting and designing operations and planning meaningful events. I am excited to share my skills and talents with other groups, all while creating a web of mission led organizations. Here’s a bit more about me.

I’m a dynamic community-builder who approaches event planning and organizational design as both an art and a science—balancing creativity with attention to detail. Whether it’s a yoga retreat, conference or a grassroots advocacy initiative, I bring people together with thoughtful coordination, seamless execution, and a warm, inclusive energy that makes every event feel purposeful and memorable.

Professionally, I’ve collaborated with C-suite execs, orchestrated six-figure budgets, built strategic partnerships across sectors, and launched programs that change lives. Outside of work, you can find me in the woods with my dog Izzy, chaos crafting in my loft, or binge watching Netflix.

At my core, I believe in the power of people, purpose, and a little bit of magic. I’m deeply spiritual, big on intention, and even bigger on follow-through. Whether I’m navigating nonprofit strategy or just trying to make the world a kinder, more connected place, I'm here to build, uplift, and probably convince you to go outside for a breath of fresh air.

My working values

Be blunt. Be kind.

This motto became my compass the first time I had to fire someone. I was young, nervous, and asked my boss for advice. Her words stuck: “Be blunt. Be kind.” It’s now my superpower. I never beat around the bush, but I always lead with empathy. Being clear and compassionate is essential to getting to the heart of any project or team.

Hustle with Heart.

I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves. I bring both passion and precision—equal parts drive and joy. I’ll organize the chaos and energize the process. I’m here to work hard and make it feel good.

Spreadsheets Fix (Almost) Everything.

Okay, maybe not airplane engines—but just about everything else. Google Sheets is my second home. Every project I take on gets its own beautifully structured spreadsheet, designed to bring clarity, transparency, and momentum. You’ll know what’s happening, when, and why.

My Professional Experience

  • As a former executive, I’ve successfully led high-stakes organizational initiatives with measurable results. At Type 1 United, I served as Executive Director, managing a $450K annual budget and overseeing cross-functional operations, including finance, HR, IT, and communications. I collaborated closely with Board leadership on governance, recruitment, and strategic planning. At the Kent YMCA, I directed a $500K program area, led recruitment and management of a 35-person team, and developed systems that improved staff performance and program alignment. My leadership is rooted in operational clarity, financial accountability, and a deep commitment to mission alignment.

  • I specialize in planning full-spectrum events—from concept to execution—with a focus on mission-driven outcomes. My project portfolio includes producing large-scale community events, health retreats, summer camps, and fundraising galas. I’ve managed all logistics including site planning, budgeting, staffing, volunteer coordination, compliance (ADA, health), and post-event evaluation. My recent work at Type 1 United and PROVAIL includes events that increased brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and donor revenue. I excel at translating program goals into well-orchestrated, impactful experiences.

  • I specialize in building cross-sector alliances that amplify mission impact and expand program reach. At PROVAIL, I initiated and grew strategic partnerships with government agencies, nonprofits, and corporate leaders—resulting in increased inbound referrals and brand recognition. My work with Type 1 United focused on securing high-value partnerships with health systems, clinics, and pharma companies to strengthen our service network and increase sponsorships. At the Kent YMCA, I co-developed health initiatives in collaboration with local agencies, ensuring programs were community-responsive and data-informed. I bring a consultative approach that bridges organizational goals with strategic outreach.

  • I bring deep experience in grassroots mobilization and coalition-led policy change. I’ve developed and implemented advocacy programs in collaboration with statewide coalitions and community stakeholders. As Chapter Leader for T1International, I organized campaigns, managed over 60 volunteers across Washington State, and built trusted relationships with policymakers—directly contributing to the passage of key legislation. At PROVAIL, I partnered with industry leaders to launch an internal legislative advocacy strategy, aligning agency priorities with emerging state policy. I approach legislative work as a strategic lever for systems change.
